Mandatory Air Show Volunteer Meeting
March 28, 2012 – 5:30 p.m.
Location: Tuscaloosa Regional Airport Terminal
All volunteers will receive information re: areas of responsibility and assignments, dress code, lunch and parking.

A brief description of volunteer responsibilites:
ADMISSION GATE- Volunteers will check to see that each guest has a ticket and arm band if necessary. They will then direct guests to the general admission seating, reserved seating or chalet areas. Volunteer will also need to be familiar with the layout map to guide guests to areas of attraction.
CHALETS - Volunteer will be assigned to chalets to provide hospitality assistance. Volunteer will also communicate with caterer when food/beverages needs to be replenished.
GOLF CART DRIVERS- Volunteers will assist in shuttling guests from the handicap and reserved parking areas.
LOST PARENTS TENT - Volunteer is responsible for notifying a police officer if there are any lost children. Volunteer will also help to register children if a parent would like to utilize the "check-in" service. Also accepts lost items and return them to the volunteer tent at the end of the day.
AUTOGRAPH TENT - Volunteer will assist performers and those scheduled to sign autographs as needed.
INFORMATION TENT - Volunteer will assist guests with any questions re: map layout, statics, bus routes and traffic flow.
